Berkeley, CA, and Washington, DC — July 17, 2008 — Mal Warwick Associates announced today that it intends to acquire Donordigital, a leading full-service online fundraising, advocacy, and advertising company. As part of the Mal Warwick Associates family of companies, Donordigital will continue to operate independently, providing online strategy, creative, and analysis to its clients, while bringing integrated online services to Mal Warwick Associates clients.

Dan Doyle will become President and CEO of both companies, and Mwosi Swenson, Vice President at Mal Warwick Associates, will assume additional responsibilities as Vice President of Donordigital. Michael Stein, Mal Warwick Associates' Senior Online Strategist, will work closely with the Donordigital team and its clients to create effective online programs.
Donordigital will continue independent online fundraising work with its current and new clients, and will also work on integrated programs as needed.
