Our online fundraising work includes a wide range of services and programs, depending on your needs and opportunities:
Donor resolicitation. The core of any online fundraising program is resoliciting your existing online donors, as well as mail or phone donors who have provided their e-mail addresses. We do this through an aggressive calendar of welcome messages, cultivation messages, renewal appeals, special appeals, campaigns, and monthly sustainer offers. We also have experience in converting one-time donors from disasters and events into ongoing donors.
Prospect conversion and donor acquisition. Many organizations have e-mail addresses for tens or hundreds of thousands of people who have never made a gift to the organization. We work hard to persuade these people to give via a calendar of welcome and cultivation messages and special appeals and campaigns. We track our efforts carefully to learn what works for which kinds of prospects, such as activists, subscribers, and event participants.
Integration with direct mail, telemarketing, and face-to-face fundraising. Working with our clients' direct mail and telemarketing vendors, we have developed a range of e-mail messages integrated into offline campaigns. We invite mail donors to donate online before their renewal mailings begin. We e-mail donors who are scheduled to get telemarketing calls, inviting them to give online early, or at least to answer the phone. We are also preparing to test e-mail cultivation and appeals with monthly donors recruited from face-to-face fundraising.
